ANALYTICAL SYSTEMS: THERMOQUEST-FINNIGAN

ThermoQuest-Finnigan has a line of LC/MS products for analysis in diverse areas and applications.

In the LC front ThermoQuest has its Surveyor™ LC system. This system consists of stacking modules for small footprint and it comes with a solvent platform accommodating up to 6 x 1-liter or 3 x 4-liter bottles, a quaternary MS Pump with degasser capable of handling flow rates from 0.2 - 2000 uL/min, an  Autosampler that accommodates up to 200 standard vials or 3 micro-titer plates, and PDA Detector that uses deuterium and tungsten-halogen lamps to increase signal sensitivity.

• Drug Discovery which comes with Finnigan LCQ DUO mass spectrometer for LC/MS/MS for compound identification, and Discovery™ software for high-throughput combinatorial chemistry analysis.
