REACTION BLOCKS: STEM CORPORATION

In addition to the dry heating orbital shaker customized for the Calypso reaction blocks, STEM Corporation has available its line of Stem Reacto-Stations for parallel synthesis.

The Stem Reacto-Stations models SR600 and SR900 accommodate glass reaction vessels (6 and 10, respectively), provide magnetic stirring capabilities, and they are built in a dry heating block. For more information on these models click here.

The Stem Reacto-Station model RS1000 holds a 5-vessel rack with similar features found in the models SR600 and SR900, with the addition of a RS232/485 interface for remote control. An enhanced version of this unit is the RS1000H High Temperature Reacto-Station which allows parallel synthesis reactions up to 300°C. For more information on the RS1000 and RS1000H click here.

The Stem Reacto-Stations models RS2400, RS2500 and RS5000 hold more reaction vessels (24, 25 and 50, respectively), offer magnetic stirring, heating, and have an integrated RS232/485 interface for remote control. For more information on these models click here.

For cooling, heating and stirring conditions STEM offers the following models: RS1050, RS2550, RS5050 and RS2480. These models accommodate a multiple-vessel rack (10, 25, 50, and 24, respectively), they all have an integrated RS232/485 interface for remote control, provide magnetic stirring, cooling (-30 °C, -30 °C, -30 °C, and -80 °C, respectively) and heating (70 °C, 50 °C, 50 °C, and 50 °C, respectively). Stem heating and shaking Reacto-Stations include models RS6000A, RS6000B, and RS6000C (the latter comes with an integrated RS232/485 interface for remote control).
