BLOCKS, LIBRARIES AND RESINS: CHEMBRIDGE CORPORATION
ChemBridge
Corporation offers its combinatorial libraries for
high-throughput screening (HTS).
ChemBridge has several compound collections and programs to cover
many research needs:
- The
EXPRESS-Pick program which allows sample purchasing
between 1.0-200 mgs. For more information on the EXPRESS-Pick
program click
here and here.
- The
CHERRY-Pick program that allows to select ("cherry
picking") compounds from the ChemBridge's Master Database
which includes around 300,000 compounds. For more information
on the CHERRY-Pick program click
here.
- The
DIVERSet compound collection includes between 10,000
to 50,000 hand-synthesized drug-like small molecules to form a
"universal" library to provide maximum pharmacophore
diversity. For more information on DIVERSet click
here.
- The
SCREEN-SET compound collection compiles between 12,000
to 24,000 hand-synthesized drug-like small molecules. The SCREEN-SET
contains unique non-overlapping compounds that complement DIVERSet.
For more information on SCREEN-SET click
here.
- The
CNS-Set compound collection include approximately
11,000 compounds selected after applying the "rule-of-five".
For more information on CNS-Set click
here.
- The
PRIME-Collection 2000 compound collection combines
the best of other ChemBridge's compound supply programs providing
a set between 25,000 to 100,000 compounds.
