NANOSYN's compound collection covers approximately 100,000 individual compounds all purified and characterized for their use in high-throughput screening (HTS) assays.

To meet the needs of industry NANOSYN provides its combinatorial libraries in both 96-well and 384-well plate formats.

NANOSYN provides chemical products:

• Pharma Library Collection which includes drug-like compounds in 1-2 mg range all characterized by LC/MS with their structure confirmed by NMR.
• Explore Library Collection which compile compounds with vast array of chromophores and functional groups that, although they are not drug-like, they do contain interesting moieties for high-throughput screening assays (HTS). These compounds are at least 80% pure and they all are also characterized by LC/MS and their structured confirmed by NMR.
• Combinatorial Libraries synthesized via solid-phase synthesis.
