HIGH-THROUGHPUT EVAPORATORS: SYNTRACHEM

SyntraChem offers the MultEvap™ Module for parallel high-throughput solvent evaporation. The MultEvap™ fits over several commercially available standard fraction racks (Isco Foxy Jr. and Foxy 200 racks, Gilson 215 series 200 racks, Gilson 203/204 code 20 series racks, Argonaut Quest 210 fraction racks, Stem reaction blocks and a set of laboratory racks for 13 mm, 16 mm, 18 mm and 25 mm tubes) holding either test tubes or microtiter plates. The solvent evaporation process takes place by applying either vacuum or a gas stream to the tubes/microtiter plates.

For faster evaporation rates SyntraChem also offers the SyntraHeat™ Module which are anodized aluminum blocks that fit in several commercially available standard rack holders (Gilson 215 series 200 racks, Gilson 203/203 code 20 racks, Argonaut Quest 210, Stem or in Isco Foxy fraction racks) that allow heating of the samples for faster evaporation throughput. A temperature sensor allows temperature control on the block.
