HIGH-THROUGHPUT PURIFICATION SYSTEMS: AGILENT TECHNOLOGIES INC.

Agilent Technologies Inc, formerly Hewlett-Packard Company (HP), has recently launched its new Agilent 1100 Series Purification system for High-Throughput HPLC compound purification applications.

The Agilent 1100 Series Purification system is based on Agilent's 1100 Series well-plate and 220 micro plate sampler LC system for analytical applications but with the implementation preparative pumps .

This new purification system is capable of purifying compounds in the µg to gram range handling flow rates up to 100 ml/min collection compounds interfacing with a fraction collector  based on time, UV or mass detection or combinations of time/peak or peak/mass.
