Gilson Inc. offers an integraded system for sample determination and purification with its Nebula Series™. This system uses a single Gilson 215 LC system,a ThermoQuest's AQA MS system for MS analysis, and a fraction collector triggered by MS or UV sample detection.

Gilson has available its SF3™ Supercritical Fluid Chromatography System. The SF3™ system uses supercritical CO₂ as the mobile phase for high-throughput HPLC analysis accommodating up to 108 samples for analytical runs and up to 60 samples for analytical/preparative runs. Due to the fast separations with the SF3™ system solvents and hazardous waste disposal costs are greatly reduced.
