HIGH-THROUGHPUT PURIFICATION SYSTEMS: HITACHI INSTRUMENTS INC.

Hitachi Instruments Inc. has available its High Throughput Purifier (HTP). The HTP system is a 4-column HPLC system for parallel purification from analytical to semi-preparative levels (up to 50 mg sample/injection). The HTP purifies and fractionates up to 400 samples per day automatically. It comes with 2 UV-triggered fraction collectors. This system can also be configured with an ion trap mass spectrometer for direct mass trigger. This system gives the user the flexibility to use different racks, from 96-well plates to 20-ml tubes.
