HIGH-THROUGHPUT PURIFICATION SYSTEMS: SHIMADZU

Shimadzu has available its Discovery VP® Preparative System for combinatorial chemistry and drug discovery.

The Discovery VP® Preparative System can purify samples from milligram to gram quantities in an automated fashion. The system comes with an autosampler, a 2-column switching HPLC unit, a UV detector and a fraction collector.

The system can be configured to queue samples to automatically inject the sample, run it through the system, analyze it, flush, equilibrate itself, and send a notification message to the user when the queue sample has been processed.
