Essential Support: This service package includes:

  • Stock and re-stock supply. A dynamic library supply of 140,000 discrete compounds growing average 20% a month royalties free.
  • Automated HTOS: A high-throughput organic synthesis service using ComGenex's and/or client's starting materials and technologies for confidential results.
  • Analogue generation: To provide high-QC flexible library sizes based on ComGenex's or customer's scaffolds with the  option to scale-up for confidential results.
  • Derivatizatio service: To supply large focused libraries based on client's confidential  lead design with rigorous QC.
  • Scaffold custom synthesis: Combines robotized custom synthesis using customer's design and ComGenex's expertise to provide compounds from 1g to 25 g.

Advanced Support: This service package includes:

  • Pre-plated Sets: Covering compound libraries of 5,000 to 20,000 compounds providing up to 5mg/well all compounds ISO 9001 QA compilant.
  • Dedicated laboratory at ComGenex: Offering complete access to ComGenex's HTOS approaches to increase synthetic throughput.
  • Lead rescue service: ComGenex makes available its proprietary software to provide 3-5 new compound candidates when leads fail in vivo screening studies.
  • Risk sharing ventures: Full access to ComGenex stock and production compound libraries.

ComGenex applies computational analysis to provide better and more diverse compound libraries. Some of the diversity analysis computational calculations include:

  • Library Diversity Analysis Procedure (LDAP): Qualitative and quantitative diverse evaluation steps for library design and generation.
  • Structural descriptors.
  • Empirical evaluations.
