provides several software packages for data analysis.
The Partek
Pro 2000 Pattern Recognition software package offers up to 15 protocols
for data clustering, classification and visualization. This package
comes with the Analytical Spreadsheet™ to analyze, edit and
process data offering a variety of functions and transformations.
Also included is the Pattern Visualization System™ that allows
data visualization for data manipulation and data filtering. For

The Partek
Predict software package offers a Multi-Layer Perceptron Neural
Network module for both non-linear classification and regression,
a Multi-Prototype Classifier module, a Discriminant Analysis module
for statistical data classification, an Automated Model Validation
module, and a Receiver Operating Characteristic module to plot curves
and compute under-curve areas. (Note: No online data on the Partek
Predict software package is available yet).
Partek
also offers its Partek Discovery software package. This software
package comes with a Cluster Analysis module for visual and numerical
data analysis, a Multi-dimensional scaling module for non-linear
dimensional reduction visualization data, and means for Correspondence
and Principal Components analysis modules. (Note: No online data
on the Partek Predict software package is available yet).
Partek
supports many platforms such as Hewlett-Packard, IBM RS/6000, Silicon
Graphics , Sun, Linux, Windows 98, Windows NT and Macintosh Workstations.

has just released Partek Pro 2000 for Windows 95/98, Windows NT,
