SciQuest™ provides the Analytical Chemical Manager (ACM) for combinatorial chemistry analytical data tracking and handling. 

The Analytical Chemical Manager (ACM) imports and stores MS, HPLC, and NMR data in databases such as ORACLE, handles and recognizes analytical data obtain from analytical systems such as Waters Millenium, HP Chemstation, PE Turbochrom, Gilson Unipoint, Micromass MassLynx, PE Sciex, Finnigan,  HP LC-MS Chemstation, Varian VNMR, Bruker NMR and other analytical systems.

The Analytical Chemical Manager (ACM) consolidates all the analytical information on an html page and displays it via web browser. The web browser divides the screen in regions, one region displaying a 96-well plate, another region displaying the molecular structure of a compound store in selected well along with compound ID data (plate ID, corporate ID, well ID, library ID, molecular formula, and molecular weight), and other regions provide a graphical display of the analytical data available for a particular compound (i.e. LC chromatogram, Mass Spec and/or NMR spectra).

It is important to note that each well in the 96-well plate contains a 4-piece circle each piece filled with a color indicating the type of analytical data available for a particular compound.
