For compound library management TAP offers the Haystack™ system. This modular system can barcode, prepare, store, retrieve, and track up to 5 million compounds in bottles, microtubes or microtiter plates using integrated tracks, carrousels and robots. Modules for the  Haystack™ system allow the automation of other tasks yet keeping a total integration with the Haystack™ system. 

The Haywain™ module is a robotic arm that automates the weighing sample process. The Haywain™ resides in a cabinet with four highly sensitive balances. The Haywain™ is capable of dispensing milligram quantities of powder (between 1mg and 10mg) with high precision (±0.2mg) and works at a rate of about 4 people for high throughput around the clock.
