Whether your laboratory requires a complete integrated system or an individual optimised solution for automated sterile filling, feeding, embossing or stacking of petri dishes the TECNOMAT line fulfills the highest requirements of quality and efficiency. Modularity means you only buy what you require today with a no redundancy upgrade path should you so need it. Easy-to-use and simple to clean the TECNOMAT filling unit can fill up to 1200 standard size petri dishes per hour. Operating with minimal noise the unit offers the flexibility to vary filling volume and speed to meet all requirements. A choice of two different feeder units are available providing the option of continuous petri dish loading without interrupting the filling process. Designed to engrave an indelible code number on the side of each petri dish, using a special thermal process, the TECNOMAT Embossing unit ensures that dish misidentification is a thing of the past. To complete the process the variable height TECNOMAT stacking unit is available to provide automatic transportation of filled petri dishes in stacks of up to 15 dishes for storage or packaging.
