SensIR Europe is proud to announce that Bruker Optics has chosen the DuraSamplIR II diamond ATR accessory for their TENSOR series line of FT-IR spectrometers.

The powerful combination of TENSOR FT-IR and the DuraSamplIR II makes sampling and analysis of virtually any sample morphology both simple and rapid.

The Bruker TENSOR series combines high performance and outstanding flexibility with an intuitive and easy to operate interface. The TENSOR is equipped with automatic accessory and automatic component recognition systems. When the DuraSamplIR II FT-IR accessory is placed in the sample compartment the accessory is instantly and automatically recognised and tested. All relevant parameters transferred to the software, so that you can immediately start your measurements.

The DuraSamplIR II brings SensIR's diamond ATR capability to the TENSOR. Virtually any sample morphology can be analysed, including liquids, pastes, solids, films, and powders. Because the sampling surface is a chemically inert diamond, it is resistant to scratches from abrasive samples, and is resistant to the effects of solvents. Diamond durability speeds up the cleaning process between analyses allowing the user to dramatically increase the instrument's sample throughput.
