Porvair Sciences has introduced TriSeal™ a new automated plate sealer that can produce an accurate and tight seal on any SBS proposed standard plate from 15 to 45mm in height.

Porvair Sciences (www.porvair-sciences.com) has introduced TriSeal™ a new automated plate sealer that can produce an accurate and tight seal on any SBS proposed standard plate from 15 to 45mm in height.

Incorporating a unique turntable design, which allows simultaneous loading, unloading and sealing the TriSeal achieves an average rate of 12 plates per minute. A plate sealing productivity double the rate of competing machines.

Offering adjustable sealing temperature from 50 °C up to 185 °C the TriSeal caters for most foil and film seals. A swing out loading shoe feed design allows fast and easy loading of foil or films.

Intuitive and simple control of the system is provided by a portable keypad / display unit that allows user definable settings to be saved and recalled for later use. Offering RS232 connection to PC or PLC the TriSeal may be easily integrated into automated equipment lines.

Pneumatically operated the TriSeal requires only compressed air and mains voltage for routine high-throughput operation.
