Porvair Sciences, specialists in microplate technology, have introduced a new range of low volume 384-well assay plates.

Providing a liquid capacity of just 30ul per well, the new plates are of particular interest to HTS labs looking to conserve valuable samples and reagents. Using a proprietary manufacturing technique Porvair's low volume 384 well assay plate offers market leading plate flatness + 0.20mm. This translates into a significant increase in plate tolerance which helps to eliminate mis-handling problems when used with in automated environments.

Available in black, white or clear polystyrene the low volume 384-well assay plates have been optimised for fluorescence, luminescence / scintillation and ELISA / turbidity measurements respectively. Supplied individually wrapped or in bulk packs, each type of low volume 384-well assay plate is available in standard, high bind or tissue culture treated formats.
