The new Thermal Cycler plates are available in specific optimised formats, with well volumes of 100-200 ml, to operate with Thermal Cycler systems from manufacturers including BioMetra, Hybaid, M.J.Research, PerkinElmer and Techne. Manufactured from ultra clean medical grade polycarbonate under Class 10,000 clean room conditions Porvair Thermal Cycler plates are totally free from DNase and RNase enzyme activity delivering optimised PCR results. High sample integrity is ensured through use of solvent resistant polycarbonate to minimise leachates and a well design where the liquid meniscus comes below the plate surface eliminating sample carryover problems when using a plate lid. Available in packs of 50 individually wrapped plates and lids the new Porvair Thermal Cycler plates reduce the cost of PCR analysis without compromising performance.
